Player Signing‑On Fee Disclaimer – £25.00

By completing registration with Oswaldtwistle St Mary’s Football Club, the player (or parent/guardian where applicable) acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• A non‑refundable signing‑on fee of £25.00 is required for all players for the upcoming season.
  
  
• The signing‑on fee contributes towards essential club costs, including league registration, insurance, equipment, and facility use.
  
  
• Payment of the fee does not guarantee minimum playing time, team selection, or specific positional play. All footballing decisions remain at the discretion of the coaching staff.
  
  
• The club reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or terminate a player’s registration in circumstances including, but not limited to, misconduct, breach of club policies, or failure to meet training/attendance expectations.
  
  
• In the event of a player leaving the club during the season, the £25.00 fee remains non‑refundable.
  
  
• By submitting payment, the player/parent/guardian confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer and all club policies.
