 Our coaches do far more than turn up and run a session. They’re the backbone of grassroots football, juggling a mountain of responsibilities that keep our club thriving:

- Training sessions — planning, organising, adapting, motivating 

- Matchday management — tactics, subs, encouragement, calm heads under pressure
 
 - Player development — building confidence, skills, resilience and teamwork 

- Communication with parents — updates, support, guidance, reassurance 

- Safeguarding & welfare — putting player safety and wellbeing first 

- Admin & registrations — submitting results, deadlines and league requirements 

- Kit, equipment & logistics — balls pumped, bibs washed, cones collected 

- Being role models — shaping good people as well as good players
